Sylvan at LeBlanc's was so helpful! We had just taken possession of a 2009 Itasca 70kms earlier from Superieur VR in Joilette, who were unwilling even to help us find Leblanc's which was a half block from where we were stuck. Sylvan quickly saw us and determined the problem was a faulty battery. Sylvan took us to the local Canadian Tire to return the battery on warranty, and when Cdn Tire said they needed 6hrs to test battery, Sylvan gave us a battery from his shop so we could get going right away!!  They are well stocked with supplies and service over 40 of their own rental RVs, so we highly recommend LeBlanc's for any service you need to get on your journeys!!
