Great place for smoothies bowls/ sandwiches and much more will definitely be going back soon! The chicken parmesan sub was delicious. My girlfriend got a smoothie bowl and a turkey gobbler sandwich which she said were very good. Can't wait to try all this place has to offer

I had the mermaid bowl and one of their smoothies and they were delicious. Very healthy and tasty. If I lived nearby, I would definitely try out some more things on their menu. Everything looks delicious and nutritious.

Very prompt service , food and coffee was excellent. Place was super clean when we headed out staff was cleaning behind us thoroughly. Complimentary hand sanitizer at every turn. Don't wait in line downtown, 1 block away enjoy while watching the ocean view!

Super good food, I have been 3 times and I have been very pleased each time. Staff isn’t warm and fuzzy, but they are quick and efficient. I’ll be returning and recommending!

Went to Plymouth for the day and wanted to go somewhere healthy for lunch. This place was so good and really cute inside! Tons of options, i got the local acai bowl. It was a big portion and really fresh. My mom got the tuna melt and said it was amazing. Will be back next time I'm there.

Went in the other day and the food was great. I had the turkey gobbler and my girlfriend had the Johnny Appleseed. Both came out fast and were delicious. The inside was super clean. Would definitely recommend coming in if you’re in the area.

The food was amazing, the service was great! The steak and eggs were cooked to perfection and my wife’s avocado toast was fantastic! We found Local Roots on a mini vacation and will be making the drive to come down here again for their breakfast!

Great for made fresh right in front of me! I had the chicken parm and it was freshly breaded! The clam chowder was rich and creamy and the canolli was excellent! This will be my go to place on the Plymouth waterfront from now on.

Great local family run business!! The staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable explaining their menu and answering any questions that I had. I would highly recommend the PB&J or the Peanut Butter Lover! I have tried a lot of different smoothies and these are some of the best that I have ever had.
