Atmosphere is fantastic and I was pleasantly surprised by the food! We had the LOCAL burger and spicy chicken sandwich which were honestly delicious. The only thing that put a damper on our experience was the service. Based on the other reviews I think this was a one-off experience. Once we were seated it took a while ~10 minutes to be greeted. This was a general theme throughout the experience as I felt the service was quite slow and did not really feel taken care of. Our server was also taking care of a louder and larger group so it kind of felt we were forgotten about. We weren’t checked in on throughout the meal even though we needed things. Overall definitely not a bad experience and we did enjoy the food and fun outdoor atmosphere but the service wasn’t the best unfortunately.
Parker is an absolute gem behind the bar! Friendly, fast, and knows how to make everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re a regular or just popping in for the first time, Parker brings great energy and makes sure your drink is exactly how you like it. One of the main reasons I keep coming back—cheers to good service and even better vibes. Highly recommend!
Very popular bar!! We stopped in during happy hour and got a great table inside. So many screens to watch sports or sit along Cornwall Ave and people watch. The food was good and our server was kind. It gets incredibly busy at nights and on weekends. I recommend a weekday visit for first timers. Right across the street from the beach!!
The place is really nice, one of the best in Vancouver Kits, if you want to spend some time with friends and family. The vibe is so cool, you can enjoy the view of Kitsilano Beach, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and lasts but not least the burgers are the best that I’ve had in Vancouver, there are so good. I definitely recommend it.
What a fabulous brunch on the patio! Our group of five ordered the mimosa tower which was enough for each of us to have 2-3 drinks. Everyone was very happy with the food, my steak and eggs were incredible. I think these potatoes are the best I’ve ever had.nnWe had members of our party who were vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free and there was something for everyone.nnThe one sidenote would be to skip the $4 side of grilled avocado as it was just one single thin slice so that wasn’t worth the cost.
