Hearing many things from this place and I finally had a chance to try it out. Went in with high standards and I can say it was certainly met! Food was delicious and tasted amazing. I loved the seasoning on the burger and it went so well with the burger toppings. The poutine fries were also so delicious! A definite must eat at restaurant if you find yourself ever in Northampton.
Basically a good quality version of fast food. The burger tasted like something Wendy's would serve if they used real and fresh ingredients - which is good. The chicken tenders were super crispy while not being dry, with a sweet coating I think the menu said Captain Crunch coated?. With a lot to choose from in Northampton, this is worth it. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Yes the burgers are great but the Buffalo Blue Fries are hands down the best item on the menu. Captain Crunch coated chicken tenders are a close second. They can get very busy and it’s not the biggest space for seating but the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Friendly, welcoming place with a chill atmosphere. I got the Westhampton burger medium cooked with all the additions + extra sauce of maple mayo. The burger patty was done exactly how I like it and well-seasoned with the bbq sauce that it came with - tasty, juicy and well-balanced. 3 star place - I would expect a place with this rating online to serve their buns warm these were cold and to be in-house made these tasted like the store-bought dozen buns from the grocery store. Options like Wi-Fi are a must nowadays, which they do not offer.
Smoky, juicy, big burgers. The Local Burger and sweet potato fries were great. People who like poutine seemed to like this one. They forgot my shake but handled it very courteously and rendered it on the spot the next day! The shakes are good and so are the cookies!
Oh my Gawd this place blows my mind each time I go in. The Burgers are so juicy flavor full that every bite I had to carefully navigate which area was going to be Chomped next. The Chefs and front of restaurant are an extremely Talented and Super Friendly group of magical people. Vegetarian options: I am a carnivore, but they have very fresh ingredients to put you wishes into reality, just peruse the huge variety and ask for it your way, No Problems here Kid-friendliness: Yes they are very kid friendly, like they are to everyone, and yes there are super yummy food items for the munchkins
Hip spot to grab an artisanal burger. We ate outdoors. We ate portobello burger, buffalo chicken sandwich, and buffalo fries. We enjoyed our food. Only gripe, add the beers to the online menu. I had to go inside to get a beer. I didn't know beer was available until I saw our neighbor drinking a beer. Vegetarian options: Portobello and vegetarian burgers. Options of gluten free buns or no buns. Lots of side options and condiments.
Local offered a good gluten free bun and peanut oil fried french fries for Celiac Annie. I was impressed with the quality of meat and overall meal. They offered kids meals and high chairs which my 3yo ate the entire burger. Very generous servings of fries. Excellent value.
Always a happy smile when we visit this fantastic burger joint. It’s the first thing the kids and hubby want to do when we’re back in the valley and pass into Northampton. Today was no different- excellent quality, perfect taste, super service-my mouth is watering just thinking about the onion rings and sweet potato fries, not to mention the satisfaction when biting into a grass-fed burger with all the fresh fixings. Happy as ever, thanks Local!
What a cozy place. Came in cause the restaurant up the street was horrible. Fries were delicious. Definitely would recommend this place. Chow small fries yummyFood: 5/5
