Use to shop here all the time lately been worse and worse. Went there on Friday night bought fresh past got home cooked it only to relise it had expired 5 days prior. I sudjest metro in collingwood

To the nasty woman who works the Wine Cellar. I saw you at the back if the store away from your department. I watched an older lady start to ask you a question and you didn't let her speak two words before you rudely yelled at her that you "didn't work for the company" twice. Where is the customer service gone?

Staff generally unhelpful and unfriendly. Entrance obstructed by ridiculously large displays making it difficult to actually get into the store. Selection of merchandise is better than most but prices are generally higher.
