One of the worst experience dealing with any body shop or garage! Decided to go there as they as one of the Xpress shops for Geico! Got an estimate of 5 days and was given the car back after 15 days with no communication. Had to call them up 10 times a day to get any kind of response! Frank the guy I dealt with is a complete liar! Even after picking up the car the only reason given for a 300% delay on giving the car back was it took extra days to get the door in which had to replaced! Which was absolute bull***t!! Would absolutely warn against going to this place!!!

Been in their shop twice now their service is reliable and in time when they give you an appointment. Also the job gets done on the time frame that they give you.

Had a wonderful experience with LoBalbo Brothers Auto Body. The owners and entire staff (including Geico & Enterprise) are super friendly and caring. The inside and outside of the premises are impeccable. Everything went smoothly - from drop off, rental car, pick up - all in one location. Our vehicle came out like new - couldn't be happier. If anyone needs auto body work - this is the place to go! Thanks Al & staff! :)
