Went here for a company social event. We booked the whole space for 4 hrs. I really liked the concept. Food was yum, drinks were delicious and games were fun. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name, but someone from the staff offered me a small room where I could attend a meeting. And I think that was very thoughtful of them. If you’re looking to have a good time regardless of party size, this place is for you!

Went here to celebrate my friends birthday and we had a great time. The lawn bowling was a lot of fun and they were great at accommodating our larger group of ten. Drinks were quite pricey but good. All in all it was a good atmosphere and better than going to a regular bar for sure!

We were there for a birthday party. The food is off the chain, so tasty, so fresh. The place is so fun just wish I lived closer, I would go all the time. You can eat, drink, and play all at the same time. Awesome!

Really fun place! Went here for a corporate event and had a blast. The amount of food they give is insanely generous. Would definitely come here again in a group.

I attended LOB two weeks ago, with some friends. The facility and bar service was great but I have concerns about how the booking situation was handled. I had originally created a booking for 15 people, when making the reservation I was required to pay a $25 deposit per person which i believe is actually the entire fee for play rather than a deposit. When I asked what would happen if someone was unable to attend, I was told the difference could be applied to our food/drink bill but to try to confirm 48 hrs in advance. It was not made clear by the event coordinator that if everyone in my party did not attend that I would lose their deposit entirely. I also could not find this information anywhere on the website. Unfortunately, come Saturday I had several people unable to attend due to circumstances out of their control sick children etc. My group spent an additional $300+ on food and drink that night at LOB but no credit was given towards the bill, when I reached out to the event coordinator to inquire, she was short with me and told me no refunds or credits would be provided...we were also 1 of two groups in the entire place so i don't think that it was a matter of them holding the space for us as was suggested by the events coordinator. I don't find it very reasonable to expect people to pay up front and not anticipate that some individuals in their party may back out last minute. I would have at the very least appreciated a credit towards future use. Despite this miscommunication we really enjoyed our time and would love to return, but I dislike the way this was handled and would hesitate to return with larger groups in the future. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me personally and offered to have our group back for a free night of play. I really appreciated him taking the time to do so, and trying to rectify the issue. It really is a fun place to spend a night with friends, but be cautioned when booking for larger groups.

Went to Lob with a group of friends. We had a reservation for 7pm. We came a bit early so we waited at the bar area until they had a table ready for us. Since we were over 8 people I ordered in advance from their group menu. We got seated at 7:30pm. Once seated we were told we had a 2 hour limit at the table, which we were okay with. The food came out pretty slowly especially since we ordered in advance and only had the table for 2 hours. At 8:40pm our waitress told us that we only had 20 minutes left. We stated that we didn’t get seated until 7:30pm so we should be able to stay until 9:30pm. Unfortunately she didn’t let us stay and we were asked to leave our table at 9pm. The game itself was fun and we enjoyed it but I doubt I’ll be back due to the service we received. EDIT: one of the owners reached out to me. He looked into the situation and apologized as well as gave an explanation for the service. He also refunded me the deposit I paid the game fee for each guest. I'm willing to give this place another try but definitely with a smaller group.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Lob this past weekend. It was nice to be able to do something active indoors, that was kid friendly. The menu was vegan friendly, and there was a good selection of drinks. We all had a great time, including my in-laws who were in town from the USA. I went last nite with friends and it was awesome. It’s so much fun, the atmosphere is great, the staff/servers are all SO friendly. And most importantly, the food and drink quality is high. Lob Toronto: please never compromise on your food and drink. Keep up the portion size, load the toppings on the nachos, and maintain your great beer list. The problem I’ve noticed with these types of game+bar venues is that they eventually cut corners on the food/drink and they’re no longer worth the money. Please maintain your quality and we’ll be customers for life!! Great job so far!!

We called and were told "no reservations were required", but when we got there around 6:00 pm on a Sat, having driven 45 mins from the 'burbs with 4 teens, we were informed that reservations were required and they were booked up solid. The manager, Antonius Tony was terrific and accommodated us by offering us the rounds of the games and drinks, without a table. We took the offer and Tony himself waited on us for the drinks and was super hospitable! All and all a great place to take teens and the patronage included a nice diverse group of individuals. Street parking is available, but is tricky after 6:30 pm. I would have given an overall higher rating if I had got a chance to try the food. However, Tony, as the manager, definitely gets a 5++ rating! Kid-friendliness: We took 4 teens and there were 2 other groups with you get children. Parking: Street parking only. Tricky to get on a Sat evening.

This place is awesome! It feels like a Hidden Gem. The game is so fun and the food and service was really good too. It wasn't too crowded even on a Friday night. Definitely will be coming back Vegetarian options: Vegan options available
