Oh man... This place really know how to waste your time. Everyone seems to be confused here. Not even sure if anyone is actually certified. Avoid at all cost. When you see how dirty this place is you'll understand what type of operation they are running. Looks more like a junk yard type of shop.

No need to come here anymore. All their top techs are gone I found out in a recent visit. They just push you around and waste your time until you get tired of it. Use to be a good shop but everyone competent seem to have left. WTH happened?

Bad customer service . My car is not fixed and it cost me lots of money. Very upset.

After visiting a dealership and another repair shop, neither of whom could help me on Saturday morning, and wanted money for a simple error code check, I came to Locost. These guys not only did diagnostics for free, but fixed the problem with the car the same day without appointment, and for reasonable cost. Thank you.
