This accounting firm is so disorganized and difficult to deal with, not to mention they lack competency. Their administrative assistant makes unprofessional mistakes, is not timely with anything and is condescending when you communicate with her, even though she’s the one making the mistakes. While the rest of the staff we’ve dealt with appears friendly, they lack competency. Their rates are outrageous, especially when you factor in their competency skills as accountants. Great, I have money in my business account sitting there and waiting for me to retire and to slowly draw on. So what? Advise me on how to use that money to make more money. Don’t tell me to leave it in there so I can pay only the lower tax rate. Tell me how I can creatively invest it to have it make me more money!! On top of all of that they’ve fumble my filings on more than one occasion, charged me to fix their mistakes and left me paying more in taxes than I previously have, except my income has reduced. They’ve missed taxation loops holes that would’ve benefited me and have given me incorrect information on more than one occasion. Being friendly is great if you work at McDonald’s, and incompetency is forgivable. At a professional accounting firm competency in a must. Taking my taxes elsewhere this year.

These people are very respectable and very helpful and proficient in what they do and I fully entrust them with my taxes and am confident that they are able to help me save in my taxes. Not to mention that they have very affordable rates.

Such a professional atmosphere with the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff offering a service that is rare to find these days! Its nice to relax and know that the best in the west is taking care of all our personal and business tax needs, maximizing our returns. LLT is the first on my list to recommend for any accounting needs!

We love our accountant - David Langbroek and team do a wonderful job with our personal and business accounting, even coming out to our home office and braving the dogs to do so - they take care and respect with all of their work and do professional, thorough accounting. We would highly recommend LLT CGA.
