Kudos! to the LSMC crew! Staffs and specially doctors are doing their best to attend to the patient needs. Hands down to the doctors, imagine seeing 50 to almost 100 patients in a day with different sickness/concerns that's exhausting. It's always nice to be understanding and show kindness specially to this busy environment. :D
1 star for my horrible experience with Dr Saeed. There luckily was no one else there except me, and she was still unnecessarily rude and has terrible bedside manner. People with such little compassion for others should not work in health care, let alone be a doctor. Receptionist was wonderful but still not enough to change my review from 1 star.
Horrible receptionist. Yelling at patients is beyond unprofessional. Unbelievably horrible experience. Left before we even saw the doctor as if the receptionist is allowed to act like that what does that say for the doctor? Stay away.
Dr saeed worst doctor in town. I never seen like her in my whole life. Please let me know anybody knows where should I complain about her. After meet her my problem getting worst, she don’t even know how to talk with patients neither do any taste to diagnose what’s real problem.
Went here twice and had an awful experience with Dr. Saeed both times. Worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Dismissive, rude and lacks any sort of empathy or care towards patients. Each time a problem was brought up, she laughed directly in my face and implied I was imagining it. Will drive out of town to see a doctor before visiting here again.
