Dr. Jankowski saved my life!! He is an excellent physician and trust him 100%.

The staff and providers have been wonderful in their communication and care that I've received since becoming a patient in 2022.

I was a patient at little Trevor's primary care I had nothing but problems with the The head receptionist I had a meeting with administrator and the receptionist and she came into the meeting on drugs her eyes were dilated so bad I don't know how she could function I do not recommend This facility doctors are all good But it is nothing but a referral business

Rob was in charge of making special arrangements to have my wife tested for Covid on 10/14/2021, and when we showed up, on time, an associate tested 2 people that arrived after us, and never tested my wife. After talking to Rob on the phone, he stated that he saw us arrive and leave, and also had the nerve to tell me that sometimes things don’t work out I had to get my very ill wife out of bed and take her on a 40 minute drive to get her there. I couldn’t believe it. We have requested a patient release form, as they will no longer be receiving our business. As a medically retired U.S. Army Veteran that has dealt with many medical facilities, I can say that Little Traverse Primary Care is the most incompetent facility we have dealt with. Highly recommend seeking care elsewhere. *The following day, we ended up going to Walgreens to have her tested, and today, 10/19/2021, we got the positive test result.

The entire staff in this office is completely incompetent. I called ahead of time to get directions as I am not familiar with the area; I was abruptly put on hold for twelve minutes. After twelve minutes of holding, I was rerouted to an answering machine to which my call was never returned. I arrived ten minutes late due to not being able to find a clinic. The rude receptionist told me that "because I was so late" I could wait until 9:30am to be seen. I waited until 9:45am until I was finally brought back into the office. My knee has been immensely swollen for an entire week, and I am unable to bear full weight on it. Dr. Kim Clark very obviously did not review my chart prior to entering the room as "it seems to be something about your knee, right?" Although I made it very clear I have been resting, icing, and wearing my knee brace for a week, she insists Napperson should bring down the swelling and refused to prescribe an MRI . Despite my indicating I was seeing my orthopedic surgeon when I returned home as this was a re-injury, they did not give me the CD of film of my x-rays. Dr. Kim Clark did not call me with a follow up as promised upon the radiologist reviewing my films so I had to call the office, which was closed at 5:50pm, but the automated response indicated the office was open until 7pm.. I am still calling different numbers, sending faxes, etc in hopes of getting my films for my appointment with a qualified, knowledgeable physician at University of Michigan. All in all Little Traverse Primary Care is a facility full of inept employees from their doctorate staff to their receptionists. They are nothing but a headache to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone

These people are nutty. In order to become a new patient, they first require a paper form be submitted. Yes, a paper form. I did this in August, and I’ve just had the second call telling me that my application has been “refused.” There is no information on the form other than my name, address, and insurance information. The clueless receptionist would not tell me WHY my application was refused, nor whether the practice is accepting new patients. I’m assuming they are, and this is some kind of weird discrimination. I’d suggest you go elsewhere, where at least they would tell you their reasoning.

From greeting me when I arrived to the extra attention to my health from Kim Clark my treatment was outstanding......updated my prescriptions and took care of a lingering bug that needed extermination! Thank you....looking forward to my next well care visit!

Dr. Jankowski has been my Dr. for years. He makes sure I have everything I need. He is up on all the latest in the medical field.

I am almost 70 years old and have seen and had many doctors Dr Jankowski is one of the best and most thorough and his staff is always great
