My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Kotlar! We went for massages, and the manager and staff were very warm, friendly, and accommodating. The massage rooms were private, clean, well decorated, and tasteful. They had soothing music and a wonderful aroma. Our masseuses were very good - so good that we booked a return visit for the following day! If you book Mon-Fri in the morning, there is even a 20% discount. Finally, I liked this place because it was a bit away from the touristy areas. I highly recommend!

I received my first Thai massage from kotlar and throughly enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. The customer service is fantastic and incredible value. The masseuse was from Thailand, spoke English and Czech, and did a good job of finding and focusing on problem spots. The space is new and and overall great experience.

I am from the US - and am used to US pricing for manicure/pedicure and any salon service, this place is BEYOND EXPENSIVE. Not to mention, it took me FOUR HOURS to get a manicure and a pedicure and it was 3,750 CZK which is equivalent to $162 USD, without tip! This is ridiculous for such services. A basic pedicure and a gel manicure. I feel very taken advantage of and would not return here. The services were OK, they did a good job, but not for the price of $162. In the US, a pedicure is $20-$25 USD 462 CZK - 578 CZK and a gel manicure is around $35 USD 809 CZK. Really not fair.

Manicure is good but kinda ridiculous that you have to pay for your drink still water in my case. Anywhere else you get it for free. And the price of a manicure is also more than average.

Především z důvodu, že jsem se jinde bála nedostatečné hygieny anebo závadných materiálů a tento salon působil čistě, profesionálně a nabízel kvalitní vlasovou kosmetiku. Byla zde velice milá manikérka, profesionální přístup, dobrá hygiena. Služby jsou ale velice drahé dražší už snad v Praze nenajdete - doplnění gelových nehtů za 1 500,-, nové přes 2 000,-, přičemž je to naprostý standard každého dobrého nehtového studia, jehož ceny se pohybují kolem 600-700 Kč za naprosto totéž. Platíte zde tedy mnohem více jen kvůli tomu, že se jedná o "prémiový" salon s dobrým jménem. Jinak nevím, jestli to je používanými materiály Catherine, každopádně nehty mi odtud vydržely krásné zhruba týden a půl, poté se lámaly, odštipovaly a vcelku upadávaly. Jinde mi krásné bez problému vydrží i 3-4 týdny Ruscona + Tasha. Odpověď: Nerozumím vaší negativní reakci - myslím, že se ode mě jedná o konstruktivní názor, neměla jsem s opravami u vás nikdy žádný problém. Chodila jsem k vám více než rok, to považuji za dlouhou dobu, zároveň mám už porovnání s jinými dvěma salony, takže si myslím, že mohu porovnat a napsat názor na cenu i na to, jak mi materiál držel anebo ne.
