Right next to the Lighthouse in Cape Bonavista. Clean & airy. Very friendly service. Good food. The fish is juicy. Sorry no photos, we dug in before I had the chance to zap one with my phone. The beef soup was delicious also. Ah, the soft serve ice cream. Can't miss it.
A must-stop spot on Cape Bonavista. The best seafood and ice cream in town! We always visit a couple times when we are in Bonavista and have never been disappointed. The soft-serve is great and the fish is nicely battered and crispy! Portions are big and well worth the inexpensive prices!
The pan fried cod dinner was delicious. Beautiful views. Very reasonable prices.
Fish and chips was delicious. Fried shrimps were delicious. Ice cream was delicious. AND PORTIONS WERE HUGE.

Worst "seafood chowder" no taste, no seafood. It had two tiny shrimp and a few flakes of fish. Should have been called vegetable chowder. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and just ate it. To be fair, my wife's fish bits and fries we really very good.
Stopped here as it was recommended by more than one Islander. Was not disappointed. The Serving sizes were huge! I complemented the owner saying this was the first meal I've had that nearly defeated me in finishing it. The Fish and chips were delicious and the milk shake was also awesome. If you have a BIG appetite, check this place out. If you have a small appetite, go with a friend and check this place out! You wont be disappointed. Beautiful view, great food and friendly staff. If I'm ever back in the area, will definitely go again!
You simply have to stop here - you’ve had Mallard Cottage, and now you have try this cozy, homy and incredibly delicious and beautiful local joint, just steps away from the lighthouse. Very few places does the good job on both amazing ice creams desserts AND main course seafood at the same time - Little Dairy King is my favourite joint on Newfoundland so far.
A great little restaurant with good food and absolutely world class views. Eating inside we could see a pod of around 15 Humpback Whales passing by as we enjoyed our authentic and delicious traditional Newfoundland pea soup.
