When I got home the kids showed me the sauce looked funny when I looked I seen MOLD growing on the sauce! Yuck!! I went back to the store and the cashier was rude. I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier claimed she seen something in the sauce but did care to throw it away or look. The cashier claims the sauce was left out for 3 days. So glad the kids did not eat this and came to me. Do NOT eat at this location. She did refund me my money but this was unacceptable!!
Hour wait cashier sitting in window texting on her phone and rolling her eyes when asked a question about an item. Sales were not honored no body knew anything, so no help . Manager dressed so filthy, and no help to staff sitting on her bottom. no hairnets or gloves. Restaurant was filthy everywhere. Wasent really sure I wanted to eat the food and after one slice of pizza I lost my appetite . Three people walked out because of no cashiers when she was sitting in the window. Lol unbelievable
Keauntae was my cashier and had a great positive attitude about his job. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer gets what they want and it’s appreciated. Pizza’s look good too. Thanks again

I had been disappointed in this store lately, but they have turned it around! If you were like me and quit going give them another shot. New managers I am told, expanded hours, better staffing. The staff was happy and helpful and the pizzas were done just right. Parking: Quite a few people in and out, parking close to door constantly.
The manager is exceedingly rude and abrasive. She reminded me as a customer how I felt when I worked as a food service worker. Gaslighted, overlooked, disregarded. She said since they hadn't been open very long there couldnt possibly be the issue I was describing. I seriously hope someone is watching out for the employees. They work very hard and deserve to be treated with respect. The entire pizza had soaked in the grease like it was deep fried, and left on a paper towel for a long time. It was gross even for little caesars. I had one bite, and it was a bad choice.
So the word going around is that a Grinch of a manager was verbally abusing a staff member by the name of Renee, putting her down and being loud and unprofessional while customers were present. THIS IS CHRISTMAS EVE and your treating a staff member like that, or at any point in time period? Not the first out of that store, I've reported several issues over the years. I seriously hope you get demoted for your actions, that's not the way your suppose to act or handle whatever YOUR issue was. On a side note MERRY CHRISTMAS RENEE, good job keeping yourself together and pushing thru the nonsense to take care of your customers! I hope you have a blessed new year and find a job that treats you well!
Rude staff and long wait times. Ordered a cheese pizza was told my food would be done in 10 minutes paid and waited took them 40 minutes because the cashier was not serving the people waiting only the guest right in front of her in line she was skipping all over the list of orders instead of serving the people who had ordered first. The manager had to come out and fix the mess when there was over 10 guests upset and waiting for there food watching as the items they ordered were coming out from the kitchen being handed to people in line but not to anyone who was waiting and already paid. Finally took a older man being down right livid and yelling for a manager for anything to be done or corrected
You have got to be kidding me!!!!!!!!! Today while waiting for an order at 698 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015, I watch a shift leader drop a Crazy Bread on the floor, pick it up and give it to the customer!!!!! Dropped on the floor - then still served it!!!!!!!!! No way I will ever eat, recommend or suggest ANY Little Caesars Pizza again.
Hot food, good service but busy. Definitely order online next time.Food: 4/5
