Originally gave two stars only because they're usually good. On April 19th, 2023 we picked up a pepperoni pizza and two bread sticks to take home as we live 24 minutes away, simply returning is not practical. Pizza should never have been sold as it was too old, and bread sticks were not baked. None of this meal was salvageable. Called customer service and then, nothing. No phone call, as I was told to expect, but it's now been 4 days. Still waiting to hear from the store. Finally on May 1st, after a second call, we were given a credit to replace the entire meal. Upgrade to four stars.
I'm salty, my pretzel crust pizza isn't. It's almost not even worth the trouble of choking it down. Disappointed.Food: 2/5
Placed an online order, got an email saying it was ready to be picked up, showed up and had to wait 15 mins to pick it up, wasn't done. And they screwed up the order. Lousy pizza, service and prices.Food: 1/5
Good over all but employees could be trained better with customer relations and a eagerness in wanting make the costumer happy. Ordered the Mostist and got the ordinary pepperoni . I think they know the difference as well as I did. .Food: 4/5

Went in tonight to pick up some pizzas, and apparently they don't accept us currency anymore, 100.00 bills are not allowed... Last I checked 100.00 bill was still a form of currency that covers all debts public and private.. pretty sure it says that right on the note... The lady at the front informed me that on very rare occasions they will accept them... But obviously this wasn't one of those occasions, despite the drawer being open they had plenty of 20s in the drawer and could have easily done it.. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.. the pizza isn't good enough to be worth the price you pay... What made it worth it was the convenience factor, take that away there is nothing left.
People were nice but I ordered a sausage pizza and basically got a cheese pizza

My wife ordered and picked up a Supreme pizza for me tonight for dinner, the pizza barely had any of the Supreme toppings other than pepperoni, the Supreme pizza cost $4.00 more than a hot and ready pepperoni. I called to complain and see what they could do to make it right and was put on hold for 15min. They never answered the phone. I tried to call back and the phone didn't ring because it was still off the hook. When I finally was able to talk to someone I was told that I was lying and it had all the toppings it was supposed to have. This is the second time this has happened to me and seems ridiculous. Anyone else have similar experiences at Coldwater Little Ceasars?
Bring back the calzonie pizzas & keep them plz! I order from you guys when you have those, but not a fan, otherwise! ‍ I've also heard good things about your pretzel pizzas too, but haven't had the opportunity to try them...are they seasonal?
