If I could give negative stars I would! Waited 15 minutes for "fresh" pizza and had the most disgusting, old, cold, hard as a brick pizza and crazy bread I have ever purchased at Little Caesars. I know this is economical pizza, I get it, but these employees definitely did this on purpose. They knew very well we wanted fresh and were willing to wait!! I seriously think they gave us yesterday's left over pizza. It's on us for not checking, I know. HUGE mistake. I used to love Little Cesar's, always reliable and economical but this location is a complete joke! Corporate should look into this location, it's not ok to take people's money and give them this garbage. Not giving a single penny to this place anymore. Run!!! Try a different location, seriously. It's dang near inedible without breaking your teeth.... not joking. The fact that other reviews below show that people have been having problems with similar situations shows not even management is going to do anything about it. Time to reach out to corporate!!!
Ordered two pizzas for pick up, one was burnt the other had no sauce on it. Just terrible. Had a similar experience last time we had pizza from this LC. Called, manager really not interested in making it right, done with this location, ownership should be embarrassed.
Terrible service. Ordered a cheese and took for granted that what I ordered was a cheese. I guess that’s on me for not checking Got all the way home to find out it was a pepperoni. Not a problem for most but our family is vegetarian. So back to the store I went. Got to the shop and was offered a pie from the bottom of the warmer and looked like it had been sitting for well over an hour. I asked for a fresh pie. I was offered an apology but figured that I would have been offered something extra for my inconvenience. Nothing offered. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location. Sad that customer service is the last thing in a place of business like Little Caesars.
My wife and I decided to try Little Cesar’s for the first time, and apparently we chose the wrong location. We ordered some crazy sticks and a stuffed crust pepperoni, we’re told that it would be 15 minutes because they have a box shortage.. waited and picked the order up from very rude staff. The crazy bread was okay but the pizza was not cooked long enough. Very doughy and the pieces wouldn’t even stay together when you lifted them from the box. Will not be going back to this location.
It's Little Caesars, not much to say. Kids love it. I order online so I don't have to wait. Sometimes there are no lines, other times it is super crowded in the foyer. Cheapest cooked pizza you can buy. It could be closer to where I live. I sometimes choose other places because of the distance. Parking is terrible, as there is not a lot of space to maneuver.
Extra Most Worstest. Despite Little Caesar's having legitimate ingredients, they did their best to make a trashy pizza. The crust was stretched extremely thin so that the edges would be gigantic and flavorless. I'll never buy a pizza here again. Also, my comment is for sale. For the $7.49 I wasted on a pizza that was allegedly extra most Bestest, I will delete my comment.
Best pizza for the price and actually better then a lot of other spots. I mean, maybe not the healthiest ingredients but for good ol'fashion american pizza. 4 stars for this place, during covid they were there for us, consistently, when a lot of places werent.
I will NEVER come here again. Worst customer service. Waited over 40 minutes after I arrived to the store. I ordered the pizza online also. Got home and the pizzas were doughy. I asked for a refund and was told no. Absolutely disgusting and rude.
So I have eaten pizza from here since I was a child. But my memories are much different then my experiences now. For years, including before the pandemic, I have gotten pizza from here as an adult. First it was like I remembered but then it has gradually gotten worse. So my first funny feeling with it was noticing that my pizzas were different. Obviously not every pizza is the same but I always ordered the same thing: 2 Extramost bestest pepperoni. Sometimes one was burnt and the other fresh. Ok fair, thats fine, some spend more time in the waiting oven. But hey cheaper pizza is better for the wallet. But I started to do some "research". I noticed that they came together in the same oven rack. Mostly in the middle of the full rack. So surely there has to be little difference right? Same rack because it is the same pizza. Next to each other must mean that they are spending the same time together as suppose to the ones at the very top and bottom right? The same bunch or cooking time right? Well no, they are still different. All this has happened for years even before the pandemic. I even ordered some regular non Extramost bestest pizzas for comparison. And they, more often then not, look like what was advertised for Extramost bestest. So was I getting the wrong pizzas the whole time? Was I getting the one employee that gave me pizza from the wrong rack the whole time? Well no. I came different times, different days, for years and seasons. A new face almost every time. In fact the last month has probably the most consistent employee I have seen. I eat here nearly every 1 or 2 weeks. I tried different days for my research too. I also noticed that even the box colors are different. Some burnt orange, some light yellow. But no consistency as to what was inside. Burnt boxes sometimes had fresh pizzas, and fresh boxes had burnt pizzas. The pizzas I get are getting worse. Well today is the day the straw broke the camels back, so to say. Does my included picture look like an "ExtraMost Bestest" pizza. By the way, this is was the better of the two I got today. I cant even remember eating anything of the other. I noticed new hires have been advertised all pandemic and hours have started to shorten. Is this the end of my favorite pizza?
Burnt pizza that was cold upon pick up and late. The “best” the manager could do was give us a new pizza. No refund or coupon for a free pizza in the future. The manager apparently doesn’t have that ability. We won’t be going back to this location. What a joke.
