This is the worst Little Caesars location. I placed an order but by the time I got it and realized what I received they were closing and I could not get through to anyone. I will have to wait till tomorrow to call and make a complaint. My cinnamon bites were made using old dough. It was hard, cold, stiff, and nasty. I’ve had the cinnamon bites from another location and they looked nothing like what I received from this location tonight. I left a picture to show everyone.  I also ordered pizza that looked like it was made by a trainee. The person clearly didn’t know how to properly roll the dough to make the crust. It was also obvious that they used dough that had been sitting out. It was not tasty. Will never order from this location again. Stay away!

1- Showed up around 7 pm today 3/11/22 and was questioned on whether the order was under my real name- what nonsense?  2- Cashiers were very unwelcoming, the short girl yelled COMING from inside & took the order after almost 7 minutes of argument, Your tone of discussion & sarcastic viewpoints forced me to not recommend Little Caesar to anyone in my life.  3- THE PIZZA WAS TERRIBLE *imagine eating a cardboard box with olives and 4 1cm cut pieces of chicken*  Not to say your experience will be like this but I was seriously upset.  The only reason I rated poor and not terrible is that the pizza was cheap. I guess I got what I paid for. Next time- I would be over the moon if little Caesar can come up with well-trained staff.

just walked in to ask if they have fries or wedges and the cashier talked loud at me “ wait a moment i am counting change “ she was rude for no reason , i took my baby and walked away , because i will not eat from anyone with bad attitude. in a job like this she can multi task ! she could of simply said  wait a moment i am counting dollars or one second  please / nod her head … very rudeee for no reason and the restaurant  is nastyyyy no one sweeping the floors..

Really small restaurant with no seating/dine-in. Customer service here is always dry and unwelcoming. Service is slow too, always had to wait and even when we called ahead for pick-up; still wasn't ready. Usually just us in the restaurant; no line ups.  Food here is good though. Their Deep Deep Dish lunch special is what I like most and recommend trying. They use Vicinity as their Loyalty Program but they need to upgrade their system for customer convenience. They only accept the physical Vicinity Card rather than allowing customers to input their phone # like how Chatime and other Vicinty Programs does.

I purchased a deepdish pizza from this location and the dough was still raw from within. I spoke with Vidhi at this location and she told me nothing can be done. She claims they overfilled the conveyor ovens and so they probably didnt push it back into to the oven which didnt let the pizza cook fully. This is not good during a global pandemic and we should be taking extra care of what were eating. We werent eating out recently but today we decided to because grocery stores were packed. This location didnt even apologize they just said we  kept it out of the conveyor for 2 minutes before pushing it back in so maybe thats why it didnt cook. I can even post pictures of the semi melted cheese and the raw dough. You can tell from the color of the cheese and quality of the dough in the pictures that it doesnt meet little caesars standards. Very upset. I told her i would complain to little caesars corp and she said i can do that if i like.

Little caesars has the best cheesy bread, might not be the healthiest but it’s the best lol. Also got wings which were decent as well. It is the better fast food pizza  generally.

I walked into the store around 5pm and no one was at the front. A lady  yelled out from the back “ coming,” as I proceeded to look at the menu because this was my first time going to Little Cesars.  After a minute, a young man walked into the store and went to the back. It looked like he was just coming in to start his shift. As I continued to look at the menu, I could hear the same lady who told me she was “coming” having a conversation with the guy who just arrived.  They were laughing and talking in their language without a care that I was standing at the front for a little over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order.  When I realized what was going on, I walked to the side where I lady and the young man was talking while she was putting toppings on a pizza and asked if they remembered that someone was standing at the front waiting to order.  At that point the lady thought it was funny, laughed, and pointed to the guy who she had been laughing and talking with, to go to the front.  I told both of them to forget it, and walked out of the store and went to pizza pizza across the street.  The reviews for this location is 3/5 and I wanted to still go and support despite that. The customer service needs to be improved. I was very disappointed in the behaviour of both the employees. Why do you guys hire people like this who lack customer service? It makes no sense.  Pls do not go there to order anything. Save your money and time.

We went into the store to order two thin crust and three orders crazy bread.  After waiting for about 20 min. the cashier served my wife the food but her mask was under her chin and not covering her face.  Also why is $8.99 thin crust with pepperoni, and if we add 3 toppings perpperoni, bacon and mushroom they charge $6.00.  Shouldn’t it be $4 for two extra toppings?  They gave us a $2 refund but the mask worn improperly is not acceptable, so not sure if management is aware.  Have attached receipt and screenshot of video.  We have left feedback on the website and please contact us if management cares to review the video.

I came on Christmas Day ordered a pizza and when I got home the middle of it was literally raw like dough and I don’t mean undercooked it was physically dough raw

This is my second time ordering Deep Deep dish at this location and BOTH times I could smell dish soap in the dough. Looks like they didn't properly rinse the detergent from the pan after they washed it. The smell was so strong I couldn't eat it and had to throw it out. Never ordering Deep Deep dish from this location again.
