Any time I have gone in for a hot and ready in the last few months they never have them ready, they say like 5-15 minutes, I end up being there way longer and if I don't speak up they will just forget that I'm there even though I'm sitting inside. Ridiculous. Pay your employees more and maybe you could have higher expectations, better workers and be better staffed
I can honestly say I have never had worse pizza! And the customer service was just a fraction better they did answer the phone! But they actually said "I can remake your pizza, but we're really busy right now" and waited for a response from me! We figured we give them a chance after the new ovens that took months to install... don't bother! Waste of time and money! Hate to see a business fail, but this one can go!
Ordered a stuffed crust pizza with ham, onion, banana pepper. Received a hot and ready, not stuffed crust, pepperoni. This place is a joke, won’t answer their phone.
I'm a business owner I would never tell a customer they can't pay me in cash this place told me tonight they can't take cash to pay for my meal sorry but I will never be back there again
Erica the mgr blamed me because someone else punched in my order wrong. I am on a diet and thin crust is the only thing I will eat for a pizza which is once every 3onths. She continued to tell me it wasn't the order that was punched in, therefore she refused time after time to issue me a credit or refund. Ice I asked to speak to the owner or report her to corporate that she begrudgingly offered me a credit. Bottom line I am not going to falsely call over an $8 pizza. Absolutely rude, inexperienced and insulting. I would like a call from the owner or corporate. I will keep you all informed. Looking at the overall ratings of this establishment AFTER I ordered I will never order from there again
Liam Strong left me a very cute picture on pizza box. I really enjoyed it very much but not as much as I enjoyed his company while I waited a very quick 10 minutes for my 163$ order. 10/10 better than jets. I will never be going to jets again because Little Caesar’s is on top. Especially the one in Flushing
This has gotten to be the best little caesars pizza I’ve EVER had in my life and that says a lot because I’ve lived in Texas and their pizza can’t compete to what I’ve taste today. Not only did they make the pizza correctly but it was fresh!!! John took my order and was extremely nice, professional and assured me my pizza would be done rightwhich it was. Thank you guys so much. I will be ordering again. Keep up the great work.
I ordered a thin crust extra most best. The pizza was super good. I definitely recommend!
This location is a joke you can’t order online and you can’t call in your order walk ins only. Please fire whoever made this a thing.
First time I waited for about 50 minutes. Used the portal, it was never there. Supposed to get my pizza at 6:13pm got it at 7 pm. They said they lost my order. Pizza was very good once I got it. Cashier did put my name in a book for a free pizza. Guy in front of me was there over a hour and 15 minutes and did not get a free one. Never had to wait that long in the past
