Placed an order ahead for a specific time and they had my pizza in the warmer for nearly an hour. Because a worker there had called my name and let me know it was done while I was waiting on an order for a friend. Then when I came back an hour later to pick up my pizza. They had tried to give me that old pizza. I talked to the manager because I had placed my order for the desired time with the gal at the counter, and she told me ok, it would be ready for me at the time I had asked. They ended up remaking my order, which was great. However, the manager told me I couldn't order my pizza like that again. I asked why, he then asked if I had called it in, I said, " No I placed the order in person to the gal right there. " And she agreed. She took my name, phone number, and everything at the time of my order. The manager was just rude about it....
I watched someone make my pizza without gloves and everyone there smells like bo and catsh** and it took them 40 mins for 2 pizzas
I usually love little caesars but here lately they have been slacking. At first when I tried the half pizza half cheesy bread it was great. But today I was very disappointed with my order. They say its half. Well mines more 2/3 pizza 1/3 cheesy bread. And the way it was cut was all wonky and just didn't look right. Ill still order because I love the cheesy bread because its a good price.
Called ahead and placed an order. I was told 10 minutes get there 15 minutes later and they don't have my order. I was told it's first come first serve. I asked to speak to the manager. Mike came up and was very rude said they were short staffed and phone orders mean nothing. So don't call ahead and think you will get food faster.
Pizza was very overcooked this time. Sometimes it comes out perfect, cooked well, lots of cheese, and other times it has way less cheese and/or the cheese and crust is practically burnt. It's always a crapshoot going here.Food: 3/5
Extreme wait times. Any other pizza place would have been able to handle such a small order in a fraction of the time.

Love their garlic butter and stuffed crust pizza!! Tonight, our pizza was spot-on! Everything ordered was perfect. There was a miscommunication on the hot wings, and was taken care of in record time! Good job guys and gals!!Food: 5/5
Very rare do they actually have a 'hot n ready' ready. Even if you order one it takes them at LEAST half hour. Do don't go there I'd your in a hurry.
