I used the app to order online at the Ontario Oregon location. My order was ready ready for pickup at the time I requested. My pizzas were hot and fresh. Before I left the store I opened up the boxes to check my pizzas. I told the young lady that I wanted to check then before I left, she informed me that she had personally made these pizzas. The pizzas looked great, they weren't sloppy and most importantly my kids said they were delicious. Dulce is the name of the young lady. She did a great job and takes pride in what she does and it shows.
Usually enjoy grabbing a deep dish from this place once in a while. Came in today and paid $20 for a custom order that came out half wrong. The ladies said they’d remake the other half of the pizza for me, but when I came back in to pick it up they tried to charge me again for the remake. I was confused and trying to trade them back the other pizza that they’d messed up for it, but they started arguing with me so I left. Really disappointed with my experience. Those young ladies could certainly use a lesson in customer service and basic manners.
At the location in Ontario oregon. On Sunday March 26 I called several times starting at 9:31 pm till 9:53pm and the phone was busy till I just went into the store seeing as it closes at 10. And no answer for 30 min. When I got there they told me that the turned off there phones cause they where busy and that they couldn't make my pizza. They did make it in the end when I complained that I'd been calling for almost 30 min to order it. My pizza was under cooked and sloppy I'm guessing on purpose since I was complaining. Then on wed. March 29 I called again to make a pick up order at 9:49 pm and she told me that they won't make it and hung up on me the I attempted to call back several times and the would not answer my call. I'm so angry. I am thinking of complaining to the BBB
Ordered through doordash, was supposed to get a free order of crazy bread through the app if I purchased a promotional item, never got them because the "tablet" in store never listed me as getting one. Rediculous. The wings were also poorly packaged and dropped so they fell on the floor and spilled everywhere.
I called in at 9:25 to order five pizzas all stuffed crust, all with light sauce on one side. }0 no red sauce, ulcers they hang up on me the first time, I call back no answer. I called back from a different number they answer. Carlos then says that he won't be making us any fresh pizzas because they close in 30 minutes. I respectively object his decline to make the pies and he then tells me that he has other problems to deal with and hangs up the phone. Advertisement should say pre-made pizza, thid is not fresh. These kids need some customer service classes. In fact I am Excellency Customer Service Certified and certified as an instructor as well. $1500 and a willow branch I will teach them some great cx! Bet.
I prefer ordering online and picking up from the portal to avoid interacting. ‍ Parking: Few spots divided between multiple business in the mini mall there.
I'm just here to snitch on the staff members that closed the store half an hour early tonight. I doubt anything will come of it but whatever...
I didn't happen to catch the kid's name but the Hispanic, younger kid with really bad acne that was working today at 1:00 p.m. should really find another job. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. From one word answers with no explanation on when another Pizza would be ready. Just being downright rude. When I asked him for a cheese pizza his response was " it's the same thing I told the last customer it will be about 10 or 15 minutes" like sorry I didn't hear you talking to the last customer..... No apology for not having it no thank you or goodbye. You could chalk it up to having a bad day but this is the fourth time I've experienced similar customer service from this same kid over the past month or two. I definitely will only be ordering from the online portal from now on so I don't have to deal with this punk.
I did arrive early for my timed order, I knew i would have to wait. I also ordered my pizza well done. I waited close to 10 minutes after the time I set, not a big deal. The problem my pizza was not well done there was a layer of uncooked dough under the cheese. why i asked for well done. I dont mind waiting but at least make the food the way it was ordered.
Placed an Online order on 3/17/2022. Had daughter pick the order up for us. She brought it home, we tried to eat it and couldn't. The pizza was horribly under cooked, along with the breadsticks. They were still a floury white in color and not browned at all. The wings were cooked thru, but they gave us the wrong ones. Ordered Buffalo, received BBQ We live a total of about 18 miles away. Did not want to take it all the way back. So, I called to let them know what the situation was. The Gal that answered the phone took my info and the complaint and stated that she would have the manager call me the next day. No phone call...no nothing. Thank you Little Ceaser's in Ontario, Oregon! And to your manager who never called to at least take the time to speak with a paying customer. BRAVO!!!
