I went through the drive through and was told 10-15 minute wait. I tried to pay with a gift card and for the second time they were not capable of figuring out how to run it. Just kept saying it won’t read it. There has to be a way to enter manually but I was told no. I pulled into a parking spot like so many others. After 45 minutes they came out to all of the cars and got our orders again. I asked them how much longer and was told 10-15 minutes again. I said you told me that 45 minutes ago. He apologized and said they had all new people in there and they are all young. This is a common excuse from them. I waited 15 more minutes and then called and told them they will need to refund my money because I had a toddler in the car that was hungry and getting very restless. And I also told them that the lady parked next to me just went inside and came out with her food and she came about 30 minutes after I did. I was NOT happy! Coincidentally they came out with my food a couple of minutes later. It was a cold pizza but at that point I couldn’t wait any longer. I will not be going to the Henry street location again. This service is beyond ridiculous! And, they aren’t even taking orders at the menu board anymore. They have you drive to the window and they still can’t get things right. Menu is outdated too. You ask for things advertised on the menu and online and they say they don’t carry that anymore. Overall very poor management. They should just close down to save the embarrassment.
Terrible. Placed and order online just before 7pm. Email said it would be ready between 7:28-7:33. Got there by 7:30 and didn't get my order until almost 8. Saw half of my order was done in the warmer but they kept saying my last pizza was still being made. Not the first time we've had issues with this store. Guess I should've learned the first time. Won't be back to this Location!
Besides getting rid of the Hot and Ready that used to be $6.36 and charging $8 bucks for a pizza that is supposed to gave extra Pepperoni, which it doesn't, the pizza is usually overcooked. Bordering on burnt and very dry. The bead sticks bag is never closed. We use to go here quite frequently but now usually go to McDonalds instead.Food: 2/5
Horrible customer service. I pre-ordered my food and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there 20 minutes later, huge line wait, and when we got to the window nobody was there for about 15 minutes. People in line were getting angry and the guy behind was reving his car at us. Finally the worker gets to the window and the food wasn’t even made. Then they made it took maybe 10 minutes. Forgot my parmacuan on my crust. Overall about an hour over a pizza and some crazy bread. Disappointed, unacceptable.
I'm not a huge fan of Little Caesars Pizza but, on those days that I'm tired and not in the mood for cooking I can always count on them!!! Atleast the food is always hot and they will make it fresh for me with no problem and, their Italian Cheese Bread is the best!!! The staff with a few exceptions has always been polite. I admit I feed myself and my family Little Caesars Pizza Atleast 2x a month some months more. I do prefer the Henry Street or Apple Ave location.
Placed a mobile order for 2 pizzas and 2 breadsticks to pick up in the drive-thru. Arrived, and there was 1 other car in front of me who pulled off to wait for their order. I was told it would be 10 minutes max because they were making the pizzas. I pulled off and ended up waiting 45 minutes with the car that pulled off ahead of me as we watched at least 7 cars pull off getting their food. He finally stormed inside and came back with his 1 plain cheese pizza he had to wait for. I went inside also and was immediately given the food I had waited so long for. I opened my boxes when we got home, and everything was dripping grease. The boxes were pooled with it. It was like they just poured it on top. When I went out to my car to see if any spilled, the mark I thought was steam was actually pooled grease that had spilled through the boxes onto my seat and center console.
Only the drive through was open. Told it would be a 10 minute wait. Well over 40 minutes in the parking lot for 2 pepperoni pizzas. Other in line getting food.
The pizza was good it was kinda more then it should've been for a hot n ready it was almost $10.Food: 5/5
Must have a chef back there cuz I literally just ate the best little Caesars to taste!! So much flavor! LC arena couldn't even top that. Thank you to that crew for showing love
Had a bad experience. Phoned in order from their parking lot because drive thru was packed....no lobby service. Pulled up to window and they give me the Wong order. Parked in the lot and tried to go in to notify them...the manager was on her way out with my pizza TO HER CAR! Then she claimed that I was lying about what I ordered....thank goodness I thought to request a receipt, it was not offered
