They transferred order over to doordash after being 5 min late, taking about another 15 minutes to get to my location, which was only 3 miles down the road. Apon getting my food I open to a pepperoni disasterFood: 1/5
Horrible. I have been coming here a long time, only because my kids like little Ceasars. I have one who doesn't like a lot of cheese so I started ordering hot and ready..half light cheese. It was about 50/50 chance it was right. I then started ordering hot and ready but with light cheese on whole pizza...it got a little better. I know it's right because I can tell and it usually specifies with a white sticker on the box that says light cheese. I came in yesterday, first called and nobody ever came back to the phone after putting me on hold. So when I get there I order hot and ready pepperoni but with light cheese...so I waited in my car because they never answered the phone. The lady who claimed to be a manager gave me my fully loaded cheese pizza which was not mine. I opened it and it was not light cheese and she tried to tell me it was..no sticker said light cheese...she just grabbed a regular hot and ready and said it was light cheese...seriously this is a manager...what a joke and a poor excuse for a manager so I came back up to get a refund and there were more customers Bringing back thier orders...this place is a joke...Hire some people who appreciate having a job and you'll get better business as for me we'll go to dominos next time.
Went there about 2 hours before they closed. They weren't busy at all. Ordered a hot and ready pizza, and cheese bread. Hot and ready pizza was good, hot and fresh. But, cheese bread was lukewarm and very solid. Seem like I got some else's order that was sitting in machine for a little bit. Aka phone call order lady pulled off sticker and put my sticker on it and run it up. I understand why she gave me that one. So I can leave quicker. But, I rather wait longer and get a fresh one that was not somebody else's. I was looking forward of a stringy and hot cheese bread after a long day at work and long drive home. I'll go back to this location again next time to try it out again. If this is a repeat, I will just go down Hill road 2 miles to go to the other location.
I know it wasn't Little Caesar's fault but I went through their app and doordash was delivering me and my family food that I spent almost $40 on and the doordash didn't do his job and happened to deliver it to somebody else's house, so me and my family missed out on almost $40 worth of food. I've already called and there's nothing they can do about it. I can't get my money back or can't get my food replaced. Me and my family are not happy especially me!
Ordered delivery through the Little Caesar’s app and didn’t get everything I ordered. When I called the manager on duty was rude and wouldn’t refund me for the items I didn’t receive. Told me to take it up with DoorDash even though I didn’t order it through DoorDash.
Horrible service two guys have away pizza while I was waiting for mine then when I said something they both acted like they wanted to fight me then when I left they said yeah that's what I thought. Tough guys acting tough to one man and my niece. Will not go back because if I do I'll probably go back to prison.
This location has improved recently from the hit or miss experiences from previous years. The pizza is decent, and the prices generally beat any other places around.Food: 4/5
I had placed an order by the phone, an order of a hot and ready and three breads for the fam. The lady on the phone had told me bout 15 min and as so, arrived about then. I ended up waiting an additional 15 for the three orders of bread but I don’t mind the wait. What really bothered me was how the manager treated her workers. I watched her at least twice, yell aggressively at the lady working register about repeating orders to customers. Honestly, I’m disgusted and if buying products from here supports that, I don’t think I’m coming back for awhile.
They aren't actually making the pretzel pizza they are just salting regular pepperoni pizzas and calling so. No cheese sauce and no pretzel crust
Normally not a big fan of one item pizzas, but this one was really good.Food: 5/5
