The system to reserve for badminton is the most frustrating system I’ve ever encountered. You need to call at exactly 1pm the day before, or you will not get a spot. Getting through is like calling in for a radio contest; nearly impossible as the line is always busy. The times I was able to get a spot, I noticed some courts are available! How is this possible when it’s so hard to get through? There are no cancellation fees, so do people just reserve and then not show up?nnPlease, please, please make it possible to reserve online like most other places. I love playing here but it is just so difficult to get a spot.
Very nice place and well maintained with lockers, showers, a swimming pool and a few gymnasiums which allows to have a lot of various courses at the same time and all day long.nThe coaches are very amicable and push you to accomplish as much as you can.nThe courses' fees are very affordable.nI really recommend it.
Until further notice this review will stand until the issues are resolved.nI have mobility issues, I swim in the slow lane. With the elderly, the physically injured and rehabilitating, and new swimmers.nThere have been issues with healthy people swimming in that lane. People who can swim as fast as the people who swim in the fast/med lane have repeatedly come into that lane. On some occasions they swim in that lane wearing fins. Normally used to swim faster. I've made repeated complaints, verbally and in writing sent by email. No action has been taken to stop this kind of behavior. I've visited multiple pools this year. This is the only place where selfish, arrogant, people are permitted to do that. Clearly this lane needs to be reserved for people with physical issues or the elderly or beginners. I was told by a very rude lifeguard called Luca that no one is obliged to swim in lanes at the suggested speeds. That people can do what they want in any lane. This kind if behavior is not acceptable. Not from the staff or the members.What I have seen today is a complete absence of integrity, common sense, decency, and standards. If you are reading this post I would ask you to call the center and make a complaint. This has been going on for too long. Too many of the lifeguards have no regards for the well being of the public they serve. This is disgraceful behavior and a waste of your tax dollars. You are paying for inadequate employees and terrible service. I will tell you, there are a few lifeguards who are very good. But none of them save 2 were on duty today.nDo not accept this abuse of authority and services that you pay for.nAs I was reminded by Luca, the pool is for everyone to share.nYes, I agree, but not run by incompetent people who do not care for the people who pay into their salary.nShame on him, the members who defend him, the staff who will support his arrogance and perpetrate the same attitude.nShame on the people who lack morals and continue to act as if the elderly can be ignored, the physically injured, the beginners. Shame on the peoplenwho have no decency, no respect for others.nDisappointment can not express the disgust I and others have had to endure the last 6 months.nShame.
Great facility. Great staff. Loads of fun.
