"The G.A.R. Hall Historical Marker stands outside Litchfield's historic G.A.R. Hall. The Hall was built in 1885 by members of the Frank Daggett Post No. 35, Grand Army of the Republic G.A.R., veterans of the U.S. Civil War.Inside the hall are many Civil War photographs and artifacts. The G.A.R. Hall and the Meeker County Museum are open year-round, Tuesday-Friday 10-4; Saturday 12-4. Visit the Meeker County Museum at the G.A.R. Hall's website for more info."
