Lison Art Furniture is a unique concept design boutique in Vancouver specializing in custom furniture, upholstery, wallpaper, and rugs. Our founder, Lison Ouellette, is an interior designer with over 25 years experience in the industry. Lison Art Furniture gives you the freedom to create your own custom environment. Put your own personal touch on the furniture you sit on, the drapery that embellishes your windows, and the rug beneath your feet. Your home can be truly one of a kind. It all begins with a vision. Sells rabbit, cow, bunny, and chinchilla furs as decoration. UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE: It’s unfortunate that you think it’s okay to lie and mislead your customers. The information you put forward is wrong and inconsistent. It’s important to point out that the animals used for skins are not also used for meat. Skins from slaughterhouses are almost always thrown away because of the horrendous conditions the animals are in. Rabbits and bunnies used for meat are young and have not developed a coat desirable for sale. Please take the time to do your research before making things up. The animals are treated like actual garbage. It’s one thing to support animal cruelty and another to lie about it. Please consider faux fur and faux skin if you insist on selling animal skins. I’m sure you will have a much more successful future.
Lison did my Bathroom and Kitchen design recently. I couldn’t have asked for a better designer. I was nervous at first as renovations costs a ton of $$. But her knowledge and experience in her craft put me at ease. She is very passionate and stands behind her clients at all cost. She works with her clients to achieve an absolute design of your dreams. She is professional, keeps to her appointment/schedule and is available to explain any concerns even outside of your scheduled appointments or the mes. I will definitely use Lison again when I have an interior designer need and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a fresh look of any room in their house.
A friend recommended that we hire Lison to renovate our downtown Vancouver condo and we are thrilled with the results! She is a very talented designer who helped us translate our ideas into an elegant and very functional space. Lison is patient and accommodating and was always a lot of fun. When there were challenging situations, she always worked to find the best solution for us—we will always remember that. Thank you Lison.
