I had been going to this store for years and very happy with service until they stopped carrying our dog food and the gentleman we asked to give us advice on another brand was very rude ro us I will never go back.
Very knowledgeable staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Staff even helped me carry items to my truck.
I was at the store today after work for the first time because I had a gift certificate from my parents.....What amazing and friendly service!! I wish I had of got the young lady's name that assisted me and answered my more than multiple questions and listened as I rambled on about my cat haha Not sure why I haven't been here before as this is where my parents buy their food for their dog...The young lady said they don't carry the food I buy for my cat but it is a food they can get as it is from a distributor they also use, so they will order it in for me, it's a little more expensive but the service was fabulous...So I do get to support a local business! My cat also enjoyed the sample she gave me as I was unsure that she would and also enjoyed the one new wet food flavour I bought her so far!! Keep up the wonderful atmosphere and service
If you are looking for people who love pets this is the place! Lisa and her staff are always there to help and make a fuss over your pet. Prices are in line with the big box stores so shop local and support this great small business
Absolutely amazing! Kept hearing about it and hearing about it, decided to walk in on a whim and was greeted so nicely, they even helped us find a food that our picky dog has loved! Sure it’s a touch more expensive but maybe a couple dollars but you are getting more then that back in the amazing service! As mentioned above our dog had begun to be very picky on food, they gave us some fantastic advice, gave us a whole bag of samples of pet food they recommended and it worked! Without even ever meeting my dog they made her very happy! After this first great experience I decided to bring my dog in and see how they do with her there! She’s still learning as a young dog a little over a year old, and they were incredibly patient with her and went through about 4 different harnesses to find the best one for her, they let us try them on and walk her around the store to see if it was truly the best for her! Sure enough within a few they found the perfect one for her, and at a reasonable price too! I simply cannot say enough about this place, food selection, pet selection and even the toy selection rival that of a larger chain any day! They have some really good food and that includes dry, semi dry and wet food! We will surely be back to support local! 5/5 all day long! Could spend all day in there talking with the awesome knowledgeable staff who really do care to get to know you and your pet!

OMGhighly recommend this place! Today is my first time here and people are so nice! One of the man provide me so many different samples because I don’t know which flavor my dog will like. Definitely will come for next time
The staff knows what's they're talking about. They were able to help us find dog food that fit the breed, size and age. Also helped pick out a dog bed that was a great size for when our puppy is fully grown within a reasonable price. Only wish they were open longer.
Amazing customer service! In a world where most people can’t be bothered to do more than the bare minimum, this place, and their employees go above and beyond! I don’t want my review to get deleted for mentioning names, so I will just say that “Z” really impressed me with how helpful she was. I will be back for any pet needs I have. Thanks so much!
