I have been a regular visitor to a particular warehouse sale for a few years now, and today, I feel compelled to share my honest thoughts on the experience. I must admit that there were a few aspects of the sale that left me disappointed and frustrated, and I hope that my feedback can help improve the shopping experience for future visitors.nnFirstly, I want to touch on the security personnel stationed outside the entrance and within the warehouse. I found them impolite, which was unacceptable in a customer-facing role. They lacked customer service skills and required a lot of training to interact with visitors more professionally and politely.nnMoving on to the warehouse itself, I found the environment to be quite claustrophobic, with poor ventilation. This made it challenging to move around and browse the products comfortably. Additionally, the staff behind the counter, specifically in the fragrance section, were unhelpful and disrespectful. The men's fragrance section staff were conversing amongst themselves in their native language, which made it difficult for customers to communicate with them. When a question was asked, the response was often frustrated and unhelpful. The staff required customer service training to improve customer engagement and make the shopping experience more pleasant for visitors.nnWhile most of the products were of satisfactory quality, I would advise visitors to scrutinize the items before making a purchase, especially when checking the expiration dates. The administration needs to be mindful of customer feedback and improve the overall shopping experience to ensure that visitors continue to visit the establishment.nnIn conclusion, I hope my honest feedback can help the administration identify areas of improvement and take the necessary steps to improve the customer shopping experience.

Buyers beware! Two of the bottles I purchased were leaking. No one ever answers the phone number listed on the website, and it’s definitely not worth driving all the way back from Brampton as my concerns will likely be treated as unimportant. Open up your products in the parking lot before you take off or better yet take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Place is very crowded but it’s best to get this amazing perfume on this deal. Prices are too low compared to other perfume store. Quality of product is good as well . They have so many cosmetics items at cheaper prices.

It's really nice that they had a huge variety of perfumes, cosmetics, clothing, bags and what not. Perfumes where approximately 30 to 50% OFF other items were sold at a good price. Must try for everyone

It's good to save money for purchasing perfumes and chocolates. But most of the cosmetics there don't show an expiry date. Even the products we find at shops with expiry dates, here there is no expiry date. So beware. There is around 50% off in almost all the products.
