It can be a bit dizzying, and there's a long line to get in thankfully the first step is in a tent. Parking can be difficult if you arrive late.nnLots of good deals in the fragrance section. But I would advise that you know what you want or want to try before hand. The strips to test are not readily available. Staff is also a hit and miss. Some are helpful, others disappear.nnWe ended up buying several fragrances, $20 bedsheets, some purses, and some other products.

I found them impolite, which was unacceptable in a customer-facing role. They lacked customer service skills and required a lot of training to interact with visitors more professionally and politely.nnMoving on to the warehouse itself, I found the environment to be quite claustrophobic, with poor ventilation. This made it challenging to move around and browse the products comfortably. Additionally, the staff behind the counter, specifically in the fragrance section, were unhelpful and disrespectful. The men's fragrance section staff were conversing amongst themselves in their native language, which made it difficult for customers to communicate with them. When a question was asked, the response was often frustrated and unhelpful. The staff required customer service training to improve customer engagement and make the shopping experience more pleasant for visitors.nnWhile most of the products were of satisfactory quality, I would advise visitors to scrutinize the items before making a purchase, especially when checking the expiration dates. The administration needs to be mindful of customer feedback and improve the overall shopping experience to ensure that visitors continue to visit the establishment.nnIn conclusion, I hope my honest feedback can help the administration identify areas of improvement and take the necessary steps to improve the customer shopping experience.

Despite the crowds. It’s very organized. Security is there to maintain order. I have gone here many times and they have everything and more. I get perfume, makeup, and skin care products. I love it here and the prices are unreal. They gave totes to carry around to load your items in. It’s a big warehouse but trust me you will not regret going. They have almost every fragrance you can imagine.

I’m giving this rating because when I opened the product it was all crumbled in pieces I’m very disappointed as I really liked the shade of my blush. It was all well packed but I didn’t bother to check the product there as it was sealed. To all those people, please open your product before purchasing. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. I would like to get a refund since the product is useless.

It's always so busy but this year hit a new record. My goodness... It was impossible to find anything with the overwhelming amount of people.
