It can be a bit dizzying, and there's a long line to get in thankfully the first step is in a tent. Parking can be difficult if you arrive late.nnLots of good deals in the fragrance section. But I would advise that you know what you want or want to try before hand. The strips to test are not readily available. Staff is also a hit and miss. Some are helpful, others disappear.nnWe ended up buying several fragrances, $20 bedsheets, some purses, and some other products.

Went to Lisa’s Cosmetic for skincare and perfumes, ended up buying some chocolates too. Sadly, most were expired or close to expiry — only noticed after reaching home. Not what you'd expect from a wellness-focused store. Check before you buy!

I found them impolite, which was unacceptable in a customer-facing role. They lacked customer service skills and required a lot of training to interact with visitors more professionally and politely.nnMoving on to the warehouse itself, I found the environment to be quite claustrophobic, with poor ventilation. This made it challenging to move around and browse the products comfortably. Additionally, the staff behind the counter, specifically in the fragrance section, were unhelpful and disrespectful. The men's fragrance section staff were conversing amongst themselves in their native language, which made it difficult for customers to communicate with them. When a question was asked, the response was often frustrated and unhelpful. The staff required customer service training to improve customer engagement and make the shopping experience more pleasant for visitors.nnWhile most of the products were of satisfactory quality, I would advise visitors to scrutinize the items before making a purchase, especially when checking the expiration dates. The administration needs to be mindful of customer feedback and improve the overall shopping experience to ensure that visitors continue to visit the establishment.nnIn conclusion, I hope my honest feedback can help the administration identify areas of improvement and take the necessary steps to improve the customer shopping experience.

I was so sad although the products at Liza Cosmetic Warehouse are selling cheap and affortable price, it’s very important to always check the expiration dates, whether it’s food, make ups or skincare. I bought something earlier today for $1.49 and later realized it was expired. I also noticed that one of their chocolates was expired too still selling in the front sales. After using one of the expired skincare products, I experienced a burning sensation. Please be very careful and always check the expiration dates when shopping there.
