I rarely feel the need to write these but I was completely blown away.  I come here maybe once a month and love the staff they are very helpful.  Except one and i will never come back here.  I believe her name was Annie or something similar.  I asked about a red wine and in return got the most stuck up condensing answer.  The attitude flowing from this c ya next tuesday lady was well let's just say im not allowed to post those words here.  Blah, never again...

Bought a case of beer. Walked out the door, box bottom ripped and fell apart - shattered the bottles.  They would not exchange.  
Lousy customer service - will be a loyal customer elsewhere.

Excellent selection with plenty of local wine, spirits and beers. As well, I have found the service and advice to be very helpful.
