Sometimes the new girl at the till doesn't seem too happy....or maybe the word is slightly suspicious of who knows what. Even with my step dad Its like that. It's only the one girl tho the other ....3? Or 2? People are amazing and always put a smile on ur face. It is a super friendly place most of the time. They just changed the till to a different position so one thing that is negative about it is every time someone stands to pay the automatic door will open... then close ...then open again when your leaving! Only one little annoyance about that. :
Very poor customer service from the manager. Was upset because I asked for a case of gin smash. Never offer to carry it out for me. Very rude attitude. Not impressed.
Well stocked shelves and very helpful friendly staff working hard.
Doesn't have the selection of larger stores in the city but you can order online and have delivered to the store. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
A very good small town Lcbo. It may not have the selection of some city locations but it has amazing staff and they can help you order the things that they don't have
