Thanks for the picnic tables. We’re travelling and needed a place to cook and eat. Clean washrooms. Pleasant walking trails.
Beautiful park a great playground. Road tripping , and we stopped for lunch, benefitted from bathrooms and enjoyed a walk.
A quiet and peaceful town. Walked the Lions park loop, very short, under 2km. The bridge was the main focal point, sitting there under the gazebo in the middle of the bridge in a hot day, enjoyed the pleasant Madawaska river breeze.
Nice Little Parks Petit-Sault and Lions.nCame here during our week long road trip to NB & PEI. Made use of the public washrooms. Very clean, with a very attentive professional young staff. The main park has this well-layout playground. I can't say for sure about the public swimming pool since we didn't use it but it looked quite vividly inviting.
A nice park for simply sitting around or taking a walk. Unfortunately, the picnic tables are a bit dirty, and some people blatantly litter. When confronted, they get angry and play the 'you're racist' card, even though it's clear they are the ones making the area dirty. Some people witnessed this but chose to remain silent. It should be everyone's responsibility to help keep the park clean and pleasant for all.
