Lion City is a Singaporean restaurant in Toronto that celebrates the multicultural cuisine of Singapore and popular Southeast Asian street food.

Curries from Little India, Gado Gado from Arab Street, Katong Laksa and the ever popular Hainanese Chicken Rice. We draw inspiration from every corner of Singapore's culinary scene.

In Singapore, we are passionate about food. It is held close to our hearts, much like how we do it at Lion City.

Everything tasted great, but it does get quite greasy. I think my favourite was the rice noodle dish, while my boyfriend preferred the beef curry. For those who prefer some spice to their meal contrary to me, I think rendang would be a solid choice. Must try and Highly recommended
Great hainanese chicken. Chili crab is amazing and worth reserving early for. Online ordering system is very easy to use. Put in my order and the food was ready at the exact time that I had set it to be picked up for. Very efficient and fast service. Wish there was another location in Toronto but Lion City is worth the drive!
Carrot cake has a nice crispy surface, but soft and fluffy inside. Nice coating of spice, sauce and egg. Nasi Lemak is my go to dish here. Love the fish and rice has a nice coconut fragrance.
Top quality south east asian food.. excellent friendly service.. decent ambiance.. and affordable.. throughly enjoyed our meal there. Will be going back to try more.
Had nice takeout. Crispy carrot cake, delicious Char Kway Teow and relatively fast service. We were on a bike ride and they were nice enough to fill our water bottles!
Tried the Teh Tarik tea. Was just like in Singapore. Loved it. Very friendly and on the dot service.
