I had a terrible experience here. I was 8 months pregnant and I had been to THIS SAME dentist every 6 months for the two years prior. The woman who did my teeth told me that the last time I had been there the old hygienist had not done a good job and that cleaning my teeth would take three appointments to "reset", which seemed ridiculous. I left in tears because she was so rude and when I told the woman at the front desk that I would not be coming back she seemed indifferent. They took my insurance information and my husband's insurance information and then followed up calling me for a balance even though our insurance would cover it but apparently I had not had me sign something. I asked them to post it since I had a newborn baby and getting in was not that easy but they refused. I stopped by the office twice and once the other dentist on the left side was open and the desk on the right was not so I could not sign. I stopped by a second time and I waited for 10 minutes, couldn't wait longer and then I had to go. Now it is in collections because they did not advise me but my insurance claim could not go through after a certain about of time and all because they couldn't do their paperwork right. I really hate this place.

I came here as a walk in and liked it so much I stayed. After 2 years of asking my husband to switch dentists he finally did. He was over the moon pleased by the care he got here. I'm afraid of dentists but they always make me calm here.
