Linker Ben Roofing

Ben looked after us even though the roof was purchased by the original owner of our home. He took the time to come over and inspect the issue and looked after the cost to fix our kitchen ceiling due to a minor leak. Extremely professional service and greatly appreciated. I'd highly recommend him as it's always important to know that a company will stand behind their product. Thanks again Ben.

I called Ben Linker roofing to get my roof shingled a couple of weeks ago. The workers used my industrial broom to sweep up nails on the front and back patio, then the next day I went to sweep up the patio again and the broom was missing, I contacted Ben Linker and they did not respond, after contacting them again they said they received my first message and checked and said that they couldn't find it. After spending $4000.00 on my roof I find it ridiculous that they wouldn't replace the $25.00 broom that is now missing and last used by their worker. I found the work completed to be satisfactory but I find the customer service soured my opinion of this company.
