Linea Intima

I went there yesterday, no appointment. I was greeted right away and shown to a pretty dressing room. I have been hunting and hunting and been to many stores looking for a specific brand. They stocked it, and a selection, and when I asked brought in a selection of similar ones. I wound up with two that weren't even the brand I wanted - they are even better. They were so nice - and I found two new wonderful brands that actually fit me I am absolutely going back. Thank you

I made an appt originally with the Avenue location but moved it to Bayview due to timing. Next time I will stick with the other location or take a day off of work and go to my usual place.. I , was told by Bayview Linea that they didn't have my appt down, even though I have an email directly from them with my appointment time. Then, I was told rudely I don't even think we have your size bra, even though their website states they carry larger bra sizes. I almost walked out but I really needed new bras and don't have time to go to another location at this point. I found the whole experience upsetting and I left the store feeling embarrassed about my bra size. I may have seemed happy, but that's because I needed bras and didn't want to start drama. there won't be a next time for me coming back to this store.

I find the staff to be absolutely delightful. It is always a pleasure to shop at The Bayview Village store. Gorgeous pieces, lovely staff. x o Joanne

Expensive with an attitude of judgment! Went in today July 8 around 2 pm to buy a couple of bras. The lady who helped me made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t bother asking for the second one. First, while I was in the fitting room she entered without telling me ahead that if she can come in! Second she had a judgmental look on her face. I asked if they have another model and I was explaining what I want, that she said they don’t have anything else that fits! I guess she thought I cannot afford it! Too bad cause if not for the attitude I would have been a very good customer. I always go to my place “the bra botique” on Leslie, thought to come here because it’s closer to home but wow! If I want to pay such a price with this attitude! No thank you. Lost me right then and there. If I could give no star I would.

Really nice store with great product but not very welcoming. Apparently you cannot go in to shop at 7:50pm with 10 minutes to close without feeling like you’ve done something wrong.

Great store and great customer service. I’ve been shopping at this store for a couple of years and never had a problem with the service or product. Staff is willing to help and make things right. They know their stuff and which bras would best suit your body.

Customer service just not there . If you're purchasing something the sales associate's are friendly at the cash and rap. Otherwise they all look at you as if you can't afford to shop in there store. I have made many purchases here and every time I visit the store and not make a purchase no one says good bye. Nice lingerie lot's of brand names. Better service would be great Not a friendly atmosphere

Linea Intima, is the best! Their staff, are absolutely wonderful and so very helpful! I've been going, for years now! A#1!

Wife loves this store! Not inexpensive but great quality! Very helpful staff.
