Reviews
Lindsay Square Mall is a small and very quaint place. It feels peaceful and quiet, and most of the people you see are locals or visitors coming here for their driving test. I have seen a lot of negative reviews that seem unfair toward people who come from other towns to take their test. The Ministry of Transportation designs all the testing routes and locations, and sometimes nearby centres are fully booked, so people have to take the next available spot. It is not about convenience or taking over a town. Everyone deserves the same chance to get their licence, and we should all be welcoming and respectful toward each other.nnSome of those reviews are rude and lack empathy. Calling people “loiterers” or acting like they do not belong here is unkind. Most people waiting for their test are simply nervous and trying their best. Canada is diverse, and we are all on Indigenous land, so respect and compassion should always come first. Immigrants and citizens alike shape this country, its communities, and its economy. We all contribute in different ways, and that deserves understanding and appreciation.nnThe mall itself is calm and clean. It is very accessible since there are no stairs or escalators, just one straight path that makes it easy for everyone to get around. Parking is also not too bad. The washrooms are clean, and most people I met were friendly. It is a simple and comfortable space with stores like Winners, Planet Fitness, and Coles, though a few shops have closed down. There is no public Wi-Fi, so you will need to rely on your data if you are waiting around.nnI took one star off because I wish there were more stores and variety, and that some of the unoccupied areas could be transformed into something new and exciting. Other than that, I really do enjoy this place. It feels calm, welcoming, and peaceful, and it has a comforting small-town charm that makes it a pleasant spot to visit.
I was looking for a pair of jeans, i went to Mark's and never going there again their jeans are too expensive. I felt robbednGot these True Religions jeans at Winners and I paid $50 they were worth $200
Not as gargantuan as some in the GTA, but that makes the ambience feels like homely cozy vibe. If a mall can be called cozy all. You should find pretty much all your shopping needs here or very close by. All without the hassles of a big metropolis.
NO WIFI. Very empty mall. You'll find people in the stores rather then walking around. Small but nice selection of stores.
Clean, simple and nice. It’s a big change for me, visiting from Toronto which is so crowded and maddening ! Loved to browse around. Wish there more brands and shops here though.
