I have a problem with a company that keeps sending different contractors to fix the same issue. All of the people that have come out to the house have been good. However, as a company, I hate that when one person cant finish something in a days time. A new person come back out and has to start over because they dont know what has been done in the past. Another issue is communication between them and property management. I have to call property management to tell then what the plummer said to me because they are not following up with them when they are done or need to order a part.
