I've been going here for years, and it has literally never been anything but a nightmare. The office staff are rude, whenever you have an issue they claim to not know what you're talking about and are not willing to help or work with you to resolve whatever is going on. Getting them on the phone is more difficult than getting Barack Obama himself on the phone, especially if you happen to call during their absurdly long lunch break during which their phones are completely shut down. Most recently, they have failed to send an insurance referral for me to a specialist- a referral that I have been requesting for 6 months. They've told me multiple times it was "all set", and then the next thing I know, the specialist is telling me they haven't received the referral and have also not been able to contact the linden tree office because no one answers the phone and no one returns messages. Do yourself a favor and do NOT seek medical care here. The whole place is a disaster and everyone working here is incompetent.

Never had a problem with staff or my PCP. Would recommend this health center to anyone seeking medical help. Love my PCP, and the staff has been helpful and informative.

Worst doctor's office I have had in my 66 years. Constantly trying to deal with communication problems. Today's problem is trying to get my daily medication. Their office notes say they filled my prescription for two months when it fact it was only one. Now they are not calling back pharmacy as it is "not time for refill". They also show a prescription filled that was NEVER called in. This is typical.
