My mom and I had a very pleasant experience with a gentleman named Rock who came to the rescue from Lincare this morning. Lincare in Marinette is awesome. They are very fast and friendly. I definitely recommend and give 5 stars. Thanks again Rock!
Great service today as I picked up my first Cpac machine. Very personable.
Had a CPAP mask break on me while traveling. Kayla at this location was absolutely the nicest friendliest person who helped me find something comparable when I was really in a bind. If I lived in Marinette I'd be a customer in a hot minute.
Today is the second time I have run out of supplies. I am on automatic re-order but the time lag for receiving supplies is negligent on the part of Lincare. I'm sure there is no gap of time for billing our insurance!! People with medical conditions needing any of the equipment or supplies that Lincare provides do not have much grace period. My husband's INR numbers were dangerous last week... I told them I was out of strips.... Called today in a panic and said they should be here by 9pm. 9pm is a little late to call in results and get instructions back from the doctor, not to mention we are going into the weekend. Soft sweet voices do not provide strips for blood testing If I can find another company that does this servic I will be changing!!!
Lincare does not care. They inconvenience customers in anyway. Since Marinette could not accommodate fixing my husband's CPAP machine, they sent him to Green Bay to be greeted by a representative that said nothing was wrong with the machine. Only after telling the Lincare worker it is not true there is nothing wrong and the machine gives errors that it is not plugged in and humidifier didn't work. Someone there finally agreed to take an hour to test it and finally issued a loaner, finally declaring....this machine is doing exactly what they were told it did. I followed up with the two ladies in Marinette after he got the third degree in Green Bay. Once again their supervisor was not available and the worker Judy onfirmed she herself, made every effort to help me and when II asked how this loaner my husband finally got was to be returned, she told me that it should have been explained how to return after use. Go figure Green Bay sent he broken machine to Marinette via Fedex , they share info on computers and Judy wanted to inconvenience me again to figure it out myself. You can't tell me she had no access to look it up on the computer. I wasn't with when the loaner was issued, some else had to transport my husband to do this. I believe dealing with the both stores means now that it will be an inconvenience with extra running. These people do not care and will give you the run around as much as they can. We will see if the supervisor is ever available to deal with this and even cares. People with CPAP machines can't risk their lives dealing with these people.
Been without equipment for 3 weeks and still waiting.
