Booked online for a blood test. They didn't even bother to check if they did the tests on my request in clinic before confirming my appointment. I took the morning off work for nothing. The receptionist was really nice however.
I am excited to be dealing with a private lab to do testing for more comprehensive and detailed results. You need a requisition from your doctor for testing because this is Quebec.nnThere are a few points of improvement in regards to customer service that I have had the chance to address with the director of Lilium. I was impressed that they took the time to call me to discuss the issue and provided great explanation.nnThe appointment process is simple and painless and there is virtually no waiting time. When needing to change my appointment it was also very easy to do.nnTest results are sent the same day and are easy to read and understand.nnI will be returning here for my future tests.
Excellent clinic/testing lab. Super fast, super nice and attentive! Not expensive at all & Great staff! Clean and did i mention super fast?! Highly recommended! Don’t hesitate i was impressed.
Incredibly efficient. Very kind staff, our appointment was at 9:15 and by 9:17 we were in our car on our way back. The place is very clean, with proper seating having a screen between every 4 seats. Amazing price in comparison to other places. 10/10 would recommend!
By far the lowest price you will find. They are fast, efficient and reliable. I was in and out in 15 minutes with little wait. There was an error on one of the documents that needed to be corrected likely our mistake and we were able to reach someone and get it corrected on a Saturday evening. Excellent customer service, I couldn't recommend more that you go here for your PCR travel related test. Results arrived in about 3h via e-mail.
