Subas of Lighting Originals provided excellent service the first time I spoke with him. He was attentive and suggested a great light fixture for my kitchen renovation. Not only that but he provided a better price than elsewhere. In addition, he went above and beyond and managed to customize the height of my fixture.
I'am extremely pleased with my recent purchase of the Elegant Lighting Cyclone 24 Light Chandelier. The costumer service was great and the chandelier arrived on time. I highly recommend "Lighting Originals."
Owner David and Subas are exceptionally helpful, and prices are competitive. We shopped online due to the lockdown, and then negotiated a large order over email. Very efficient and reliable. Would not hesitate to order from Lighting Originals again.
Be aware that they manipulate pricing on their website frequently showing a sale price one week and not the next. They show the "original" sale price as something different each time. They did not respond to my numerous complaints about this
Customer service was great. I was looking for a particular product and needed it quickly and both Kate and Subas were very helpful, and got it to me in time. The price was also a bit less than elsewhere. Happy customer.
