Does not return emails or complaints! Bought 600$ in 2 frames for both boys graduation and one came so cheap, flimsy, tiny and the backing was also so noticeably cheap too! It’s ridiculous how much they do not care about quality or customers.

I have to say lifetouch is the best for school photos because you get a variety of backgrounds to choose from, two different pose styles at an affordable price and very good quality to boot. I'm very pleased. Now if they could also do all the high schools in my area i would be really happy!
