It has a comfy, relaxed atmosphere. I had the tropical acai bowl and it was fantastic. The menu options are not overwhelming but covers everything one could possibly want for on the go or a sit down lunch that won't leave you feeling heavy. I will be telling all my friends, family, and coworkers about it.
Every time I walk in to Lifestyle Nutrition & Cafe I am greeted with a warm welcome. It's cozy atmosphere is the perfect place to kick back and take a break from daily life. The food is fantastic, especially the acai bowls and tea bombs. Love this place!
Literally the best protein/ gluten free waffle I have ever had! Also they have an amazing protein coffee! Definitely a great spot for breakfast!

I come here frequently for the healthy waffles. It’s always a toss up between the peanut butter and banana or the fresh blueberry with walnut. Either way, I leave filled and fueled to start whatever portion of my day renewed.
The owners are super friendly and willing to tailor drinks to your individual allergy/dietary needs and very knowledgable and helpful. Will definitely become a regular spot for us!
