I've seen Amanda Grant for nutrition advice here and she was great. She is very professional, welcoming, understanding and knowledgeable. She meets you where you are, heard you out and doesn't push anything on you. Baby steps. We all know changing eat behaviors isn't easy and doesn't happen over night but it's great to have her wealth of information to get you started on your journey!

My first experience with Physio (Kathleen) and Massage (Brian) after a car accident. Very professional and friendly, including the reception staff. Brian gives an amazing massage!! Highly recommended

Every time I need new orthotics I go see Paul at Lifemark Physiotherapy Portland Street. I am a nurse and work on my feet 12 hours a day therefore protecting my feet is very important. I feel confident that I have the expert care of Paul, he is also friendly, patient, and always takes the time to follow up. He's done countless sneaker assessments for me and even if my orthotics need a slight adjustment, he gets me in right away without hassle. Very recommended!

Lifemark Portland Street Dartmouth really took the time to assess my injuries and focused on me as a person. I can not say enough about how well they all work as a team. They get to know your needs from day one! All of the staff show compassion and they make each patient feel valued. Right from the from desk with Chelsea and Sarah who juggle needs of many right through to the very thorough physio therapists .I dealt with Ashley,Amanda And Holly who worked along side of me and encouraged me to get where I wanted to be in daily therapy . They also helped me deal with getting through disappointing days when i was expecting too much of myself. I give a big thanks to Ashley and Monique (Lifemark Occupational Therapist). They gave me insight my injuries and helped me achieve goals. They are professional with such a wonderful connection to their patience. I give them soo much credit for helping me. They are truly wonderful.Thanks again from me and my family , you helped me come back to feeling like me again . Nancy Pyke
