Mitch the kin was late to our appointment. Then cowardly writes a letter to my case workers saying how I was late. Good thing I recorded him admitting that he didn't know what time our appointment was at. The program we started, immediately caused an injury and therefore I would not recommend this place. Also there were confidentiality issues with the occupational therapist that I didn't even ask to see. Broken equipment and rude staff.

I can't say enough to express my appreciation for the staff at Lifemark. They are helpful, resourceful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of issues after 6 hernia surgeries and couldnt walk more than 100-metres without being in pain for a week after. My life was in decline. I worked with Jessica on my hernia issues. Jessica's program had me walking pain free within a week and has continued to build strength in my core. I am back to enjoying activities I love doing. The program I had was straightforward and effective. I had physical problems for 5 years and now, I am walking, running, paddling and even jumping again. It is amazing. It is because of the program and genuine care for me the staff has at Lifemark.

I have been going to Lifemark Physiotherapy Four Corners since November 2020. Jessica, Steve and Ariella are my team, and I couldn’t be happier. They all genuinely care about my recovery, and were more than happy to correspond with other practitioners/therapists that I also see outside their facility, to best accommodate the efficiency of my recovery with communication... working together! They are encouraging and empathetic. I look forward to my appointments with them, it brightens my day. Which is the first time that I’ve felt that way in over two years since my accident, as previous experiences with other recovery therapy facilities left me feeling debilitated, ignored, belittled. I cannot express enough how grateful I am the universe sent me in their direction. I finally feel like I’m making progress; finally. Oh, and let’s not forget; the girls in reception rock!

I attended Lifemark Physiotherapy at the Four Corners around the end of November for treatment of vertigo as prescribed by my doctor. I had been experiencing vertigo since August.   I met with Jessica James, Physiotherapist.  She assessed my condition and then treated me based on her assessment.  I had been attempting a maneuver on myself the past few  months to no avail but one assessment and treatment, my vertigo has gone.  I am very grateful!  Every day since.  Amazing!

I have been going to Lifemarks for physio on my knee post ACL and meniscus surgery and the environment is amazing. Jessica is my physiotherapist and she is excellent; always making sure I know the exercises and I am doing good during my rehab. All the other staff members and therapists are also extremely nice and always willing to help if you need it. Overall a very good facility

Amazing staff! Went in with a knee injury from work barely able to walk and wasn’t able to workout. In 2 months of working with physiotherapist Jessica and massage therapist Gregory they brought my leg back to where it needs to be for me to get back to my daily routine. Can’t thank them enough for helping me through the injury rehab. The receptionist’s are amazing and super friendly. All therapists and staff are smiling and welcoming. Extremely wonderful facility and would highly recommend and refer people to this location.

Dr Nick is awesome!  Zach and Justin are great! My therapy has gone really well the facilities are open and inviting. They are always ready to encourage and support me with my rehab. Special thanks to Connie in  the front. I will definitely be back for any future issues!!!

First time ever seeing a chiropractor. I was always skeptical, but I’m glad I did it. I saw Dr. Lindsay Bonas for an assessment and one treatment for a sore back. Feeling much better! The staff was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone at the clinic has been extremely helpful and kind. The treatments provided work and the practitioners are skilled and knowledgeable, so far I've worked with massage therapy, chiropractic, Dr. Nick You already know you're awesome lol, and occupational therapy, Justin. The office staff are awesome too. I'm glad I came here for treatment

I am over 65 years of age. Dr. Britanie Belanger has got me back to walking after 2 left foot injuries this year. She is very friendly and easy-going, yet thoroughly professional in explaining medical information and procedures. I always felt respected, acknowledged and very relaxed in her presence. In the gym,I  was also working with Joe Testa  who really got me to engage my foot into more and more challenging exercises, all of which had me more comfortable in relearning to walk after nearly 4 months living in and out of aircasts and crutches between injuries. The Office staff is most welcoming and friendly too.    Thank you to everyone at Lifemark Physiotherapy Four Corners.
