I started going to Lifemark after an accident in June. The moment you walk in, your shoulders drop. From the front staff to the back, you'll be treated well. Michael has been doing my chiro and oh my gosh. Great sense of humor and fantastic at what he does. After seeing Yan for massage, my shoulders are down for the first time in years. I leave feeling so calm and relaxed, and my body just sways with relief. Teagan sorry if that's spelt incorrectly makes you feel pumped and knowledgable about physio and you actually look forward to it! Seriously, 10/10. Cannot recommend enough.

Dr. Elizabeth Williams is simply the best. After my car accident I was battered, bruised, broken and feeling so defeated. Her care, compassion & expertise quickly had me feeling optimistic and so taken care of. It settled me so I could focus on healing and getting back to my pre-accident form. She has been with me every step of the way and I feel grateful to have her on my injury recovery team.

She was able to quickly assess my situation and an effective course of treatment to resolve my pain.
