I have been to Lifemark for different reasons & each & every time I am greeted with a friendly smile . The staff there are all knowledgeable & very helpful. Over the last year & a half I have been going to Martine, who has been very helpful, friendly & explains what & why we are doing things. A big thank you yo you all. I would & will highly recommend Lifemark Amherst .

For the last few weeks I have been seeing Erin for some left arm discomfort she has been awesome. You know that feeling of monotony with exercises and stuff, Erin's personality puts all that stuff aside and makes the experience rewarding. Thanks for putting the fun in routine exercise Erin. Life Mark Amherst have a great Christmas Holiday. If you are looking for some Christmas inspiration check out the Christmas program at Amherst Wesleyan Church December 24 two services 10:30 am and 6:00 pm. Church like you have not seen it before. Fun and inspiring. Have a Great Christmas and New Year.
