HYEYEON This Filipino lady is super rude at all times. May be she has problem in her life with something or what ?nWent to drop off a sample , which I was specifically told I didn't need to wait in line because it was an out patient lab req, and the lady at the desk went on a rant about how everyone had to wait in a line. I tried explaining that all of the information was here on the sample already including the paper. And all she had to do was take the sample but she didn't care and started yelling in front of all people.Learn some manners and learn how to do respect others!!!!
Told the lady to use a certain type of needle and she was rude about it. It's patience interest in safety, due to bruising with regular needle. But she didn't want to listen. Eventually, she had too. Thank God. Not a friendly life lab Bevan Ave to visit.
I have been visiting this location for many of years first the McCallum towers and now the McCallum strip mall in Abbotsford. I just had a appointment and was cared for by Paramjit and she was so kind and gentle and very polite my appointment was for 1:30 pm and yes it was extremely busy and I was still out of there by 2:00 pm and had to return the next day to download my test results and was cared for by Roo and he was exactly the same very happy polite and kind he treated me very well and again it was extremely busy and was out of there in 10 minutes I was very impressed with everybody there. Yeah I know sometimes it’s extremely busy and it takes longer but the volume of people they put through there is incredible I think some people need to have more patience and treat them with more respect it goes a long ways. Google maps is not updated with new address on Bevan! New location has no waiting area, waiting outside in cold and rain.nAmple parking howevernQuite understaffed.. no privacy at reception desk and lady is hard to understand with a mask, shield, her thick accent and a plexiglass nGuy at front door screening talks a Mile a minute asking covid questions! Once checked in it takes so long to actually get blood dtawn
i called the life labs customer support line waited 20 mins and needed to know about ultrasound if its done at LL. she said no and i asked where and she didnt know any of the locations of life labs and i said i i needed to know if i chose the ultrasound clinic or does LL do that and again she said LL dont do ultrs. at their sites and she just didnt understand i just needed info if i have to find a ultrs. clinic or does LL have a contracted one. and 6 mins into call she hung up on me. i wasnt rude or anything just trying to explain the info i needed. this level of unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge is not acceptable in any customer service call center.
