Made an appointment at 9am for a Saturday for a test that had to be done on a certain day and time.nnArrived at 8.55am, they told me the appointment had no name on it. I showed the confirmation email. It's now 9:30, there has not been anyone womanning the front desk in 15 minutes. I'm not showing up on the screen.nnI drove here for 50 minutes during labour day weekend. Super frustrating.
Appointment for bloodwork made online approx 2 weeks prior - my DR had sent the requisition to Lifelabs. Arrive at the lab, they cannot print requisitions so could not do my bloodwork. Considering I booked online, and received electronic reminders.. they could have sent out a notice that they had to cancel all appointments that required them printing out the requisition. The attitude from the person working the front desk was terrible. Recommend going to Orangeville or anywhere other than Shelburne!
I find the staff very rude. Front desk was mocking me when I came in. I booked a routine bloodwork appointment. Instead of walking me to the room she pointed to the door and told me to sit in cubicle 1 where I waited 15 mins after my appointment time. I have never been here before so I’m shocked at how inconsiderate these Lifelabs employees are. Going to Orangeville from now on.
These ladies are always accommodating and friendly.nThey are often short-staffed & busy depending on what tests people require — whether appointments or walk-ins! We should all appreciate that they are doing the best they can on any given day and time.nKeep up the good work!nThank you, ladies!
Great Location for Shelburne & nearby Residents. Wish they also have In patient Facilities like a basic Hospital may be in near future.ngood work is being done at this place and thanks to Life lab Team.
