I would normally give this location a 5 BUT Today the person who took my blood admitted she used the largest needle available when I said that it really hurt. I jumped when she jabbed me and said ow! I've NEVER had it hurt to have blood taken! She told me to tell the lab tech not to use a large needle next time!
I went in as a walk-in today. The wait time said 50-70 minutes which seemed reasonable given the amount of people waiting but it took 14 minutes to get my blood work. When I was pregnant and went for my gestational blood work they were similarly as efficient though obviously had restrictions to their process due to pandemic precautions. I never write reviews but I am sooooo impressed! A well oiled, supportive, seamless and capable machine. Everyone was polite and to the point.
They were extremely busy at 8 am June 20/23 and the lady who took my blood was excellent. Normally other labs have to take blood from my hand, she was able to do it in my upper arm and there was absolutely no bruising. She told me to put my cane in my other hand and I think that helped. Best experience I have had at a lab.
I’m very scared of getting blood work done because everytime I get it down I feel faint or sick. Both times I have gone to this life labs, they have been supportive, kind, and helpful. Today, a young guy was drawing my blood and let me chill for bit till I felt better and came in to check on me Super appreciate of the kind service
