I have never seen people so rude, inpolite, and inconsiderate. A staff member was openly making racist comments because someone is struggling to understand what staff said with her strong accent. They don't tolerate you yelling but they can shout at you! 103 min of wait time for blood test!
I recommend this lab as a quiet, local option with very modern and well-maintained equipment. The facility itself is great, and it provides reliable services. However, the staff's attitude can be a bit abrupt at times, and there are moments when their professionalism falls short. Overall, it’s a decent place for lab work, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service.
Although everyone had been waiting in the queue for a considerable amount of time, irrespective of whether they had an appointment or not, a woman who was middle-aged came from the back of the line and conversed with the receptionist wearing glasses in a language other than English. Consequently, the nurse promptly initiated a new line specifically to process her paperwork first. This individual was successfully registered but behaved in a discourteous manner. It would be beneficial to establish a proper and impartial system to avoid such situations. I express my disappointment in this matter.
Without a doubt the worst location I’ve been to. Staff are just sitting around with no sense of urgency while there are 40+ people waiting in line on a Saturday lineup going outside the door. Completely disorganized and total disregard for people’s time, even when you have a scheduled appointment be prepared to wait for at least thirty minutes. If I could give zero stars I would.
I want to talk about how angry I was with the rude behavior and bullying of the staff there, but then I saw that many other people had also left complaints. It calmed me down a bit to know I wasn’t alone, but I’m deeply disappointed in the management there and in this company for still not taking action.nnMy mother was in an emergency situation, and I needed to explain things to the doctor over the phone, but the staff there told me to go outside to make the call. I’m disappointed in this company and all of its employees.
